Clean Sweep the historic 5-mile summit of the

CHENANGO CANAL TOWPATH TRAIL,

ENTRANCES & ROADSIDE

Sponsored by the Parks & Trails New York, NYS Canal Authority & the Chenango Canal Association

Some items needed: Loppers, Chain saw, gloves, rakes, hoes, wheelbarrow, old tarp for dragging branches to roadside for pickup

BE PREPARED TO: Cut branches, rake, pick up deadwood & trash and bring to the roadside, fill woodchuck holes, spread woodchips

Hot lunch & cold drinks provided

Work will proceed as planned unless it rains hard early in the morning. Rain Dates: April 26 & 27

Some tools & gloves provided.

Wear appropriate boots or shoes, gloves & jacket
