	WONDERFUL NEWS! The Chenango Canal Association has received a donation of 12+ acres of land along the Madison feeder of the Chenango Canal from Sphere Development Co. Watch this spot for a spring dedication event on the property. The trail along the feeder leads about 2 miles east to the point where Payne creek, the outflow from Lake Moraine, provides water for the feeder canal.

Our Museum and the five mile Towpath Trail with its 3 mile extension into the Village of Hamilton are our main attractions in addition to special seasonal events. The self-guided museum is open most days from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Park at the Museum in Bouckville or at the Courthouse on Montgomery Street in Hamilton and start the trail at the back of the adjacent field.

Over 150 people attended the Halloween Happenin’ in 2011 and 2012 in Bouckville to see how brave they were on the haunted, dark and spooky Chenango Canal Towpath Trail.
